At Poker111, our professional scouting platform is designed with care to find, assess and develop poker talent around the world. Inspired by traditional sports such as football where scouts look for and develop talent in different countries and cities around the globe, we’ve applied the same formula to find the next poker champions.

Just as football scouts hunt down young talent in the favelas of Brazil and search for talented young players who have honed their craft for years but have yet to gain recognition, our poker scouts strive to identify talented players in the poker world whose potential is still untapped or not widely known.

The Scouting Process

Our scouting journey is an intensive and organized effort with several key phases:

  We actively search out players in different areas, both veterans and those who haven’t quite been given the spotlight they deserve. By reaching out to multiple ecosystems — the offline scene, the online scene, local small tournaments as well as well-known events, we aim to discover the most promising players for the Poker111 team.

  Evaluation of Potential

  Our scouting technology will help identify players who possess the core competencies to compete in the pro poker field. Whether they have a glorious career with skills and titles from major tournaments or are still on the journey but have everything it takes to get there, we want players who can compete in high levels, including championship and title tournaments.

  Diverse Player Profiles

  We test everyone from experienced players with proven performance records in major events worldwide to unknown individuals with great potential in smaller local or internet tournaments. Our scouts look at their history , flexibility and consistency to see if they are ready for professional play.

  Poker Professional Committee

  The scouting reports are carefully read by our professional committee (a group of poker veterans and strategists). This committee makes the final decision on who goes on to be part of the Poker111 Sponsored Team.

Such players are often talented, committed and have a positive personality, but never have received any significant result in their poker career.
